Your data and your route

Your GPX file can show where you run and when. Here's what we do with it, in plain language.

What stays on your device

While you design your frame, your GPX file and logo are read in your own browser. Nothing is sent to us until you tap Send on WhatsApp.

What we receive when you send an order

  • Your original GPX file. It usually includes your route, dates and times.
  • An image of your design, including any logo you added.
  • The details in your WhatsApp message: event name, heading, subheading, distance, time, pace, frame choices and delivery region.
  • Your WhatsApp name and number, as with any WhatsApp message.

You choose whether to send the WhatsApp message. Your GPX file and design are saved when you tap Send on WhatsApp, even if you then close WhatsApp without sending.

Why we use it

Only to make and deliver your frame, and to talk to you about your order. We don't sell your data.

Where your files are kept

Your GPX file and design image are stored with Cloudflare, our hosting provider. Each file has a long, random private link that goes into your WhatsApp message. Anyone who has that link can open the file, so only share it with us.

How long we keep them

Stored files are deleted automatically after 90 days. Your WhatsApp chat with us stays in WhatsApp, including any files you send in it. To have your files deleted sooner, message us on WhatsApp.

Other services this site uses

Like most websites, this site loads a few things from other companies, and they can see basic technical details such as your IP address:

  • Cloudflare, for hosting and storage
  • OpenFreeMap, for the map, based on OpenStreetMap data
  • Google Fonts and jsDelivr, for fonts and the map software
  • WhatsApp, for your order messages

We don't use advertising trackers or analytics on this site.

Questions
